About this course
In today's dynamic workplace, cultivating resilience is a key strategy for navigating uncertainties, supporting teams effectively, and thriving amidst constant change. And, while we may not be able to remove or prevent stressors from occurring, we can leverage internal and external resources to support individual and organizational wellbeing and success.
Resilience @ Work (R@W) ® is a unique and powerful approach to measuring, building, and tracking resilient workplace cultures. It recognizes that personal resilience is impacted by the resilience of team members, leaders, and the work environment.
