Through a curated learning path composed of recorded webinars, LinkedIn Learning programs, and self-directed Canvas courses, managers and supervisors will gain knowledge and readily applicable skills to support and enhance the wellbeing of their teams.
Any UBC manager or supervisor with direct reports (both Vancouver and Okanagan campuses) looking to build knowledge and skills related to mental health literacy, burnout prevention, supporting resilient teams, and the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace.
