Audience: This session is open to all faculty, staff and leaders at UBC Vancouver and Okanagan who are new to Not Myself Today or are interested in embedding wellbeing practices into their department or unit.

 

Date and time: This is a self-paced overview with informational and instructional videos that can be viewed at any time.

 

Description: 

 

Want to learn more about Not Myself Today? Have you signed up already but are not sure where to begin? Maybe you'e run the program before but are looking for new ideas and resources. Not Myself Today (NMT) is an evidence-informed, mental health initiative created by the Canadian Mental Health Associatoin that helps employers like UBC support mental health and wellbeing at work. As a workplace champion or by becoming an NMT ambassador, you can play and important tole in supporting the wellbeing and mental health of your colleagues and unit. 

 

Join us to learn more, including: 

  • Overview and benefits of the Not Myself Today program
  • Activities and resources you can find in the NMT digital portal
  • Highlights of how the program can be implemented at UBC 

Facilitators: 

  • Each module contains a short video led by UBC Workplace Wellbeing Consultant Miranda Massie, along with additional material, links and resources.
