About this course
Want to learn more about Not Myself Today? Have you signed up already but are not sure where to begin? Maybe you'e run the program before but are looking for new ideas and resources. Not Myself Today (NMT) is an evidence-informed, mental health initiative created by the Canadian Mental Health Associatoin that helps employers like UBC support mental health and wellbeing at work. As a workplace champion or by becoming an NMT ambassador, you can play and important tole in supporting the wellbeing and mental health of your colleagues and unit.

- Activities and resources you can find in the NMT digital portal
- Highlights of how the program can be implemented at UBC
Facilitators:
- Each module contains a short video led by UBC Workplace Wellbeing Consultant Miranda Massie, along with additional material, links and resources.

Duration: Aproximately 20 minutes, or 45 minutes with videos
Location: Online
Audience: All faculty, staff, and leaders at UBC Vancouver and Okanagan who are new to Not Myself Today or are interested in embedding wellbeing practices into their department or unit.
Delivery: Self-paced course with individual interactivity (quizzes, reflection, videos, knowledge checks)
