About this course

As a manager, supervisor, or leader, you hold both the opportunity and the responsibility to play a key role in contributing to an organizational culture of individual and collective wellbeing at UBC.

In this course you will:

  • Understand and reflect on core concepts of wellbeing, mental health, resilience, and psychological health and safety in the workplace.
  • Learn about promising practices and leadership actions that contribute to workplace wellbeing and psychological health.
  • Recognize, locate and assess when to utilize/apply relevant actions, resources and services.

Audience: For any faculty or staff member with direct reports at UBC Vancouver and Okanagan
