Do you feel like you're running on empty? Do you feel unappreciated and overwhelmed at work? You might be at risk of burning out.
In today's world, we are pulled in so many directions that it can leave us feeling exhausted and detached. This course will examine the very real impacts of burnout and how to recognize the signs and factors that contribute. In this course, participants will take away a set of supportive strategies for recognizing and preventing burnout before it takes hold.
By completing this course, you will be able to...
- Identify the definition and symptoms of burnout.
- Recognize the variety of factors that contribute to burnout.
- Recognize the impacts of burnout.
- Identify strategies and resources to help identify and prevent burnout for both you and the people you work with.
