The Traveling Health Fair took place in February, 2022!
This health event is put on once a year at no charge to faculty, staff and postdoctoral fellows to provide information, awareness, self-assessment and personalized consultation on health topics of importance to you.
This year's theme was Whole Health, focusing on the many small changes in our daily lives that can make a big difference to our physical and mental wellbeing.

Preventive health is a term used to describe the things we do to protect ourselves from developing diseases and health problems. Many risk factors for the development of common chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart disease are the same. Sleep is important for your physical and emotional health and essential for your body and brain to function properly. When it comes to your health, sleep is as vital as regular exercise and eating a balanced diet. Join this webinar to learn more about the importance of sleep, factors that can affect sleep, and strategies to improve your sleep quality.
Appointments for a one-on-one virtual consultation with an expert pharmacist (up to 30 minutes) is also still available that includes:
- Review of personal risk factors and health status
- Help to set personal health goals
- Personalized action plans for optimal physical and mental health
