Resilience is the panacea of the year. It is supposed to get us through every adverse situation and allow us to get back to business. No doubt, resilience is a key part of coping with and overcoming adverse events - but when is it time for resilience vs. restoration? In this interactive 1.5 hour workshop we will spend time learning:
- the basic tenets of stress physiology and how this pandemic has impacted it
- specific neuroscience on self-regulation and the use of technology at work
- your unique response that determines when resiliency or restoration are appropriate
The workshop will include breakout rooms and a lecture format.
