Full course description
Pets and mindfulness can both reduce stress and improve feelings of wellbeing. In these sessions we will be combining our pets and mindfulness in these 15 minute sessions.
The session will include different mindfulness practices such as gratitude, loving-kindness and a focus on our pet's breath, smell and body sounds.

Aisha Tejani is a Workplace Wellbeing Associate with Human Resources at UBC and has taught mindfulness for 5 years to over 1,800 participants.
