Grab your mat and get grounded with Kendra Coupland through a gentle hatha yoga class. We will approach the body with kindness and curiosity as we explore a series of slow and mindful movements called āsanas paired with deep breathing exercises. The aim of this class is to bring peace and presence to the body.
Kendra Coupland is a yoga teacher, meditation coach, and multidisciplinary artist living and working on unceded Coast Salish territory. Teaching from the traditional territories of the kʷikʷəƛ ̓ əm and Sto:lō people. Kendra brings a compassionate, trauma informed, intersectional framework to her practice. She constantly strives to create safer spaces for folks who experience marginalization and systemic violence, to practice self-liberation within the yogic community. www.kendracoupland.com
