In this keynote, Dr. Pelletier will challenge common assumptions and offer practical strategies to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change and uncertaintynot just to adapt to this current moment but to turn these challenges into opportunities.

This free event is part of a focus on wellbeing in the workplace during ThriveUBC’s annual mental health literacy campaign. Now in the 16th year, the Thrive campaign encourages students, faculty, and staff to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health at UBC.
