About this series:
This four-part workshop series invites you to explore ways to pursue your professional goals in a sustainable way, by offering insights, tools, and a proven guide to help redefine and balance our relationship with work. Grounded in the belief that rest, play, and creativity are central to how we live and work in sustainable ways, this workshop series will challenge traditional thinking around productivity and offer practical steps to help participants lean in to rest, reclaim creativity, and shape a more sustainable and fulfilling approach to work.
Through reflection, discussion, actionable strategies, and access to the Re-Work Equation workbook, participants will leave with a renewed sense of agency over their time and energy, and more equipped to cultivate a life that prioritizes wellbeing alongside professional impact.

- Science and wisdom-backed insights, resources, and guides for reimaging work
- Tools to heal burnout and break the cycle of overwork
- Exercises and tools to help you gain clarity in your career and achieve a sustainable approach to work
This series is a tailored online experience that makes time for true engagement. It is for individuals who are ready to rethink their approach to work, explore new possibilities, and take intentional steps toward a work life that feels both sustainable and inspiring.

Workshop Descriptions:
Session one: Reimagining work – an introduction to Re-Work
This session is about life beyond burnout and overwork and what it can look like when we choose to step off the path of unhealthy productivity to find a more balanced approach to being a valuable member of an organization. In this Re-Work introductory session, we will share insights and resources to help you reimagine work for yourself and your teams and connect to more sustainable ways of working. We call it ambition with ease.

Session two: Recognize and rest – essential steps in addressing burnout
In this session we’ll dive into the first two elements of the Re-Work Equation: Recognizing and Resting. The first is essential in order to address burnout overwork and the second is the essential first step in healing it. We will dive deep into the causes of burnout and what you need to understand if you want to avoid it moving forward and we’ll share how rest, when done right, is a superpower.

Session three: Play and creativity tools you need to work better
This is where things get fun. In our third session we’ll dive into the truly essential habits you need to cure burnout AND develop new and healthier approaches to work. We’ll share how play leads to neuroplasticity and explore the need for creativity in all elements of work if you want to work well and sustainably.

Session four: New ways of being
In our final session, we’ll get practical and help you start to chart your unique path forward beyond burnout. We call it career crafting. We’ll give you practical tools and approaches to redesigning your work life into something that energizes you and allows you to do your best and most meaningful work.

Important notes:
- Attendance at all workshops in the series is not required. However, we highly recommend attending all sessions to maximize your learning experience. In particular, we encourage you to join the first session, as it lays the foundation for the rest of the series.
- This workshop series involves group discussion and participation via chat and polls.
- Session one will be recorded, but sessions two, three, and four will not be.
- Closed captioning can be enabled.

Chantaie Allick (she/her), Lead Facilitator, Writer & Storyteller Co-Founder Based in Toronto
Chantaie is a writer, marketing strategist, and story consultant. With over a decade of strategic marketing experience, she is a storyteller and communicator at her core. Words and ideas ignite her. She runs Ramsay & Co, a boutique storytelling-led marketing and communications consultancy, and writes a weekly newsletter called Adventures in Storytelling. She works primarily with business owners and startup leaders to help them leverage their purpose, grow their businesses, and share their unique stories with the world through the right marketing and communications approaches.
Natasha Singh (she/her), (Co-Facilitator) Creative Consultant & Coach Co-Founder
Natasha, a seasoned creative leader, consultant, and coach with over two decades of experience in tech, retail, and fashion, made a significant impact during her 7-year tenure at Shopify as a Senior Brand Marketer. Closely collaborating with entrepreneurs has fueled Natasha's passion for contributing to organizational and individual success. Known for her natural aptitude as a dot connector and problem solver, she is dedicated to bringing people together by building communities that foster a strong sense of belonging.
