Audience: All faculty and staff at UBC Vancouver and Okanagan
Location: Zoom. (Once you register, you will be directed to the course Canvas page where you can find the Zoom link.)
Join Aisha Tejani for a 20-minute, virtual mindfulness session every Monday from November 7 to December 19 – you can take part in a single session or multiple sessions!
Taking place from 12:15-12:35 p.m. join Aisha and an engaged community to build connections, increase focus, and embed a structured mindfulness break into your day. Each session will cover a new topic such as focusing on gratitude, awe, interconnectedness, sounds, breath, and more.
Facilitator: Aisha Tejani (she/her) completed her 200 Hour Meditation Teacher Training with The Lab of Meditation, accredited with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. She has taught mindfulness to high schools, elementary schools, the community and here at UBC.
