This course consists of a few short videos to help you in setting up your UBC office workstation and how to access additional support.  There is a link to additional resources including short videos on specialty topics such as sit-stand desks. 

This course will take approximately 30 minutes to completed.  Closed captioning is available for the videos. 

To complete this course and mark it as finished simply click on the "complete course" module. This course will not be graded nor will attendance be marked. There will be no quiz or assignments.  This course is not mandatory and participants will not receive a certificate for completing this course.
