This online ergo orientation for Farm Workers consists of 5 videos and 1 short quiz at the end.  Each video is 5 to 10 minutes. It is estimated that it will take about 1 hour to complete the full course.  This course covers topics ranging from ergonmic injury signs & symptoms to ergo risk factors specific to your environment and safe lifting. Education in ergonomic risk factors related to one's work environment is required under WSBC.
