This course consists of a few short videos to help you in setting up your remote home office workstation and to provide more clarity around the ergo questions in the SRS work area assessment checklist for remote work.  There is a link to additional resources including short videos on specialty topics such as sit-stand desks. 

This course will take approximately 30 minutes to completed.  Closed captioning is available for the videos.
