This course was developed for faculty members, students, post-doctoral fellows, and staff, who conduct and/or support research across the institution. It was created to support the application of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within research activities across all disciplines. Through an interactive learning space, researchers and their teams will explore resources and activities to build on their understanding to embed EDI in the design of research projects, development of research teams and culture, conducting research, and sharing research outcomes within and outside research spaces.  

The course is designed to be widely applicable across research and scholarly disciplines and can be used as a foundation to build more equitable and inclusive research programs and spaces.
