COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course explains the basics of radiation safety when working with sealed radiation sources radiation and/or devices only. This meets the training requirements for Authorized Users and Permit Holders with Sealed Source Permits needing to renew their training certificate.

PREREQUISITE

The "Radiation Safety for Sealed Source Authorized Users" course or equivalent UBC course must be completed within the last 3 years.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

This course consists of 4 x 20 minute online modules, each followed by a quiz.
