How to Navigate Difficult Conversations
Date: February 15, 2024

Who is this for: This workshop is open to all UBCO Faculty & Staff
This workshop looks at current evidence-based research on what we know works for addressing difficult conversations. Participants learn about the five communication styles and the surprising results of research into how they play out under stress and in conflict. Participants take away practical skills and a tool to guide them through any confusing and stressful discussions.
