Beyond viewing career as a ladder, this series invites participants to think about career as a dynamic relationship between their strengths, contributions, and the impact they create.

Participants will leave with practical ways to:

  3. Design a Personalized Career Navigation Strategy
Design and apply a self-suited career navigation approach by identifying relevant resources, cultivating working relationships, and mapping actionable next steps that align individual career with organizational impact.

Part 2:  Career Navigation in action

Following the above ‘Career Navigation at UBC’ session, this hands-on, practical session will enable participants, to begin mapping their personal and professional strengths in a changing workplace and create an action plan to engage their careers at UBC.
