The purpose of this self-directed course is to familiarize you with Zone Based Ticket Queues at UBC IT Desktop Services.
This on-line training will provide Desktop Services Operations Support Analysts (SAs) with the knowledge and tools to manage unassigned tickets effectively within their zones.
This course will cover procedures, expectations, SLA requirements, and collaboration strategies relevant to UBC IT.
