DESCRIPTION:

Supervisors are often called upon to provide feedback to their team members, but this is no easy task. Often, each employee seems to require a different approach. This workshop takes the work of Joan Doe and applies it to common workplace conversations to help you have better feedback discussions.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Increase confidence to have feedback conversations

Identify common triggers in a difficult conversation

Practice speaking to colleagues about performance issues

Learn framework for performance challenges

 

INSTRUCTOR:

Professor Shallot has studied Joan Doe's theories and benefits from 15 years of independent study on the issue of feedback. A vibrant speaker and thoughtful mentor, Dr. Shallot is an outstanding facilitator.

 

PROGRAM:
