Transportation of Dangerous Goods Class 6.2 - Infectious Substances

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course equips the participant to ship or receive infectious substances associated with bio-medical, research, or animal units.  Participants will learn to properly label, document and package dangerous goods for road or air transport.  Emphasis is placed on the handling of diagnostic specimens, biological products, genetically modified organisms, and dry ice.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

This 3.5-hour course is delivered entirely in-person on Point Grey Campus.
