COURSE DESCRIPTION:

These courses details the pupose of a Local Safety Team (LST) and the roles and responsibilities of being a local safety team member.  The course provides more detail on the specific role of the local safety team during inspections and investigations. Successful completion of this course will arm the LSTs with the knowledge to complete health and safety tasks in their respective areas.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

This course consists of 2 parts:

• Part 1:

• 1 x 20 min online module followed by a quiz

• Part 2:

• 1 x 1.5 hour in-person sessions focused on inspections
• 1 x 1.5 hour in-person sessions focused on investigations

Note: Sessions with enrollment below 4 persons will be cancelled and rescheduled.
