Dr. Bill Howatt is the Founder and President of Howatt HR. He is known interanationally and is one of Canada's top experts in mental health issues in the workplace with over 30 years' experience in mental health, addiction and human resources consulting. 

WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:

This presentation will discuss the foundational elements of mental health and mental illness and how our daily experience can influence our personal battery charge.  It will also cover the key elements of resilience, coping skills and how micro-skills can charge your daily battery. All participants will learn about assessing and building positive mental fitness. This will include:

  • Discuss the differences between mental health and mental illness
  • The role of stress
  • Identifying what your "charge" is at today
  • Reflection on what charges and drains mental fitness batteries
  • Considerations when developing your own mental fitness plan


WEBINAR STRUCTURE:

This live zoom session consists of a 45 min presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A Session.
