This course is designed for all UBC Bookstore staff members assigned to the pick verification team.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

To learn how to pick verify orders in VR, learn the differences in verification for pickups vs. ship out orders, learn how to troubleshoot potential errors that will arise when verifying, and how to properly pack orders for pickup or ship out.
