The Five Behaviours program is to facilitate a learning experience that helps everyone – at every level, in any role – develop a rich understanding of how his or her behaviours affect the team. It applies the principles of The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, to unlock actionable ways to optimize an individual’s contribution to a team.
As part of the The Five Behaviours program each participant completes their own research-validated online assessment, receives a 23-page workplace specific personal profile report and attends an online workshop.
By the end of the online session, learners will be able to:
- Work through The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™ model and why it matters.
- Grasp their tendencies for each of the five behaviours: Building Trust, Mastering Conflict, Achieving Commitment, Embracing Accountability and Focusing on Collective Results.
- Plan steps to start becoming a better teammate.
