DESCRIPTION

Hybrid working arrangements are not new. In fact, as early as 2002, organizations were actively implementing alternative work arrangements to accommodate different locations, time zones and organizational needs. Since then, research has highlighted the similarities and differences that come with working in a hybrid environment and further surfaced how leaders can successfully develop their hybrid teams, create inclusive and collaborative cultures and achieve their strategic objectives. 

Drawing upon the work of Patrick Lencioni and research into hybrid team dynamics, this 90-minutes workshop will explore effective leadership practices shown to strengthen trust, enhance communication, build shared commitment and accountability and drive results.

After this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the relationship between physical distance and perceived closeness in the context of remote and hybrid teams.
  • Be able to demonstrate effective practices aligned to Lencioni’s model of effective team leadership
  • Better understand their role in building and maintaining trust in hybrid teams.  
  • Have assessed their own approach and designed solutions to enhance engagement.
