Description: This course is for staff and faculty to learn the initiation and approval processes of HR tasks in Workday. This course is a combination of the HR End-User Training and the Additional HR Community Training.

HR Partner/Analyst Course as part of IRP End-User Training is designed to prepare you to learn HR Business Processes in Workday. Participants from the IRP Train-the-Trainer Progam will teach you the required Workday system knowledge as it relates to respective HR security roles.

Learning Objectives: By the end of HR End-User Training, you will be able to perform HR Business Processes such as Create Position, Direct Hire, Change Job, Request One-Time Payment, Request Compensation Change, Create Job Requisition and Recruitment Hire in Workday. By the end of Additional HR Community Training, you will be able to perform additional HR Business Processes such as Add Additional Job, Faculty Reappointment, Temp Promotion etc.
