DESCRIPTION:
The fourth course in a series of four learning modules focuses on UBC’s new performance enablement process, GPS: Goals. Performance. Success. This course explores the Year Overview and Planning phase, emphasizing its role in reflecting on achievements, career development, and setting priorities for the next performance cycle.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
The course is self-directed and virtual, including an audio version for an enhanced learning experience. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participants must view all pages of the course to achieve completion.
