DESCRIPTION:

The first course in a series of four learning modules focuses on UBC's new performance enablement process, GPS: Goals. Performance. Success. This course provides an overview of the key characteristics of the GPS Program, its core components, and the roles and responsibilities of staff and managers within the GPS Program.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

The course is self-directed and virtual, including an audio version for an enhanced learning experience. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participants must view all pages of the course to achieve completion.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

1. Describe the key characteristics of UBC's performance enablement process.

2. Outline the components of the new performance enablement program called GPS: Goals. Performance. Success.

3. Recognize the roles and responsibilities of staff and managers within the GPS Program.
