Topic: Facilitating meaningful engagement with stakeholders: A Human Positive and Complexity Conscious Approach
About the session: In this collaborative session, we explore and practice a few simple Liberating Structures methods to elevate our stakeholder engagement skill.
Stakeholder engagement is a core skill and key activity in change management. When done well it can enhance relationships, collaboration, and trust. However, doing it in a meaningful, fair and simple way can be tough. Join us to:
- Establish conditions for stakeholder engagement
- Explore opportunities and challenges to stakeholder engagement
- Practice engagement methods that encourage participation, dialogue, and action.
Audience: This session is open to all faculty and staff. It will be of particular interest to those supporting, leading or managing change projects or initiatives.
