Workshop Objectives:  

Collectively explore how AI is reshaping organizations. Participants will discuss this topic using human-centered facilitation methods and AI-powered tools to support deeper, more meaningful dialogue. 

This workshop creates space for peer discussion and shared reflection on the transformative impact of AI in our organizations—helping us make sense of the change together using human-centered facilitation and AI-enhanced tools. 

Note: You don’t need to be an AI expert to take part. This session is about exploring together, asking questions, and learning from each other—no technical knowledge required. 

Who this workshop is for:  

Employees involved in or curious about change management, organizational development, transformation or the broader use of AI at work (e.g., administration)  

Please Note: Participants will be asked to anonymously access Thinkscape AI tool for a discussion activity during this session (approx. 30 minutes – see video demonstration here). This tool is UBC PIA compliant as it does not collect any information from participants. However, it is recommended participants only share information deemed low risk data, and do not share any personally identifiable information
